Application placed in line for interview?

I keep seeing people receiving "application placed in line for interview" notices within 1 week of fingerprinting (usually 3 days) and I only looked at people filed in my local office. I had my finger prints done 2 weeks earlier than the scheduled time, It is now past 3 weeks of the normal scheduled fingerprint appointment and my online status still shows the fingerprints notice. I am worried that because they entered my middlename as "None" in the system it somehow confused them. It has been a month since I notified them about the middlename mistake and no reply came back as well. Should I give them a call perhaps?

Hi, just from my experience, my eligibility date was years and years prior to when I filed, and still my application did not go into "In Line" for interview until well over one month after my fingerprints were done. Of course I panicked and called and spoke with Tier 2 officer and asked her if everything was OK with my fingerprints going through etc. and she told me at that time that everything was progressing normally.

If you do call, ask for Tier 2 and ask a specific question: "Is there a problem with my middle name since I wrote None in the application and called about it at such and such date. Is it delaying my application from progressing to Interview stage."

You must be specific in asking questions because they do not volunteer information. Good luck! It will all work out for you.

Gave a call. Tier 2 officer said everything is normal and not to call back until after 128 days. For the middle name apparently it is not a big issue as he just interrupted me mid-way through the service request entry when he realized what I was talking about. Looks like this has been happening a lot with the new form.
