He needs to find out what the requirements are with the Jordanian authorities. If I am not mistaken, refugees and asylum seekers must apply at the first country they enter after leaving their own.

how he can prove his case and get approved ??? the most condition required to get approved , what exactly the circumstances that usually get approved ???

What country is he in right now?

And what reason does he need asylum from Jordan?

he don't want asylum in Jordan he want to apply for asylum in the US , he is in Jordan right now

Did you not read the responses above? He cannot apply for asylum in the US from another country.

Edit: and actually if you do a google search it looks like stateless Palestinians generally do not get asylum requests granted even if they are in the US, and those with Jordanian travel documents appear to get deported to Jordan.

It's probaly not. But to even know if it's worth a try, he would need to be in the US.

Your case is so special I doubt you will get a good answer here. You already tried in the other forum: http://www.***removed***/forum/showthread.php/122977-asylum-for-stateless-Palestinian

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...

So he's safe and living in Jordan right now?

Then what's he claiming asylum from?

Why not just say 'My friend wants to live in the USA and wants to lie to do it'

I'm not perfect at all.

The problem is that there's thousands of people all over the world truly being persecuted and worthy of asylum whereas your mate just wants somewhere nice to live.

If he's living safe in a country then he has nothing to claim asylum from.

You clearly don't understand what asylum is.

There are lots of immigration experts on this site (I'm not one of them), I doubt any of them will be able to give you the advice you want to hear.

They'll tell you the truth instead. Asylum is for people fleeing persecution, not just because you fancy living somewhere else.
