On January 6, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

You approved. When did you file? My petition is at TSC as well.

Nobody can tell you if there's a problem, much less what it is. Your case is not "late". It's within 30 days of the 5 month standard processing time. Be thankful it wasn't 8 or 9 months, like many have experienced over the last year.

You would be wasting your time. Any "delay" was a USCIS, part of the US Department of Homeland Security. That government agency has no more to do with your case. NVC will handle it for the next phase and then on to the Embassy or Consulate. NVC and Consulates are part of the US Department of State.

What you would be wise to do now, is study the NVC Wiki guides here and learn how to get through NVC as fast as you can. Complaining about past delays will do you no good.

hello, recently USCIS asked to wait a letter containing the form G-325 to complete and return , but I have not understood this phase because our i-130 is APPROVED to January 2014
