My priority date is 0ct 2007 and is now current in visa bulletin but the agency who filed for it no longer follows up or even replies. It seemed that the agency abandoned me and the rest that

They petitioned. What can I do? I waited so many years yet it seemed wasted.

You know your case number ? you can tell them directly that you are taking over the case ( changing the agency to yourself ) I am not sure of the form number but I am sure someone will find it shortly if i don't

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
