F2A visa petition Question!

Hi Guys i have a question, im the beneficiary of a LPR my wife file I-130 visa on march 7 and we receive our NOA1. can we ask to Expedite our case? coz my wife is 5months pregnant and i want to be byh her side during her delivery of the baby.?

Sorry you have to wait till your priority date (Mar 7) becomes current. They will not expedite that no matter what. In your case, when your child is born, you will have to file a petition for you child

You can add the child to your wife's F2A as a derivative beneficiary. But it can only be done after your child is born.
