Hello,

I was born in Jerusalem, and I'm Palestinian. What should I put for counrty in the forms I-130 and G-325A?

My spose mom date of birth is mixed up on documents some says 1959 and other 1958. What should I do about it? Her father only has an est. 1945 and no month of day, is it accepable to have just the year?

For Form I-130, it asks for evidence the bona of marriage. If I got married and came here, nothing happened yet, what should I do?

Evidence of bona fide marriage is joint bank account, rental lease agreement in both your names, photos of you together, sworn affidavits from relatives and/ or friends etc. you can find examples in the guides on this website.

When you file your petition, gather any evidence of your relationship. This can include phone records, emails, chats, Facebook, airline boarding passes, hotel receipts, etc. Focus on evidence of time spend together in-person, this is your best evidence.

Regarding the items in bold and red: such items are not required and a couple living apart in separate countries would not be expected to have such items.
