If you file your i130 in February and March 2014 and your petition is at California Service Center,(CSC) please include your application details so we can monitor approvals and so can we know when start the cases February and March 2014.

Can someone please add me as I'm using my phone. PD March 11th, NOA1 March 18th.

PS:

With the rate at which California Service Center is approving I think my approval will come between May 6th and 8th

I am new here! I actually sent my I-130 on March 27th and USCIS got them on March 28th and I got NOA1 email yesterday. They routed my case to the USCIS California Service Center for processing.

Dont know when is my PD but I hope we all get through this procedure very soon and finally get green card.

Adjustment of Status Via USCIS:

  • 10/05/2015 Documents sent (I-485)
  • 24/04/2016 Interview
  • 05/05/2016 Received Green card

I have a question. I havn't filed I-485 form and I wondering when I should send it to USCIS to change of adjustment? Can I send it anytime or I need to wait for them to ask me or after getting NOA2 I should send it?

Do you guys think I-130 approval time for who are living in US is different(shorter) than who live outside of US?
