Hello VJ,

I have a question about the differences in addresses that I will use on my I-129F and G-325A forms. I am the US citizen in this relationship but I am currently living abroad. So for my mailing address on the I-129F I used my parents address which is where me and my fiance will be living when we move back home to America. But on the G-325A it asks where I have been living for the past 5 years with my present address and I have had a few different addresses here in Korea. As well for the past few years I have returned home to America for 2-4 months a year. On the G-325A, If I put a different current address (my address in Korea) from the address that I listed on my I-129F will this matter? Also will the time I spent in the States visiting my family count on the G-325? The trouble is that I need to list a US domicile in order to file the I-129 so I am a bit worried since I am technically not living there right now. It is just my mailing address.

Thank you in advance

keith

It's okay for your I-129 address to be different from your g-325. The address on the I-129 is where all your mail gets sent. We listed my inlaws address on the I-130 then my husband's duty station on g-325.

Do not list your visits to America unless you were actually living there not just visiting

I have been traveling for two years with many different addresses and I called them to ask what I should put down. They said it was ok to put my US address for the whole time because that's the address I use to file tax returns, and other official paperwork.
