Hello everyone,can you let me know my brother in law is a us citizen he petition the file for his sister that means my wife nearly four years passed. There,s how many chances that she will get visa and after how long another thing can my brother in law add me in petition.Thanks

I have PD March 2003...will v get COA so early...do you belive that v will be current within next 9 months ?

u will get ur interview letter with in 1-2 week........

No way we get our PD's current in the next six months.. because in my opinion Jan 2003 will be current in July 2015 approxClockWatch2.gif

Imran, total estimated time for the category your wife falls in is around 12 years. You have a long waiting period remaining.
