I received Packet 4 yesterday. One of the documents required for the interview is original copy of OF-169. What is this? Isn't this just the instructions for immigrant visa application? :help:

Form OF-169 is a consulate specific form that lists the documantation needed to be gathered by the benificiary for the interview.

Esentialy this page on the consulat's website is the OF-169.

See: http://www.wizaard.c...orms/of-169.pdf (This is a good example of the one used by Manila)

Jimjo:

Your profile shows AOS pending, yet you are talking about OF-169, and Packet 4 which are consulate issues, and you posted your question under NVC. what is the story here?

Take care to post to the correct forum and also you may want to adjust your profile to reflect your situation Visa type applied for.

My attorney sent me this Sample checklist of items required at the time of consulate interview. It shows as if I need to give my fiance my passport for her interview, or am I misreading this? I don't see why I would need to do that...

Thank you!
