Hey, guys! Does anybody know why there are no processing timeline for Nebraska Service Center? I see it for Texas, Vermont, but not for Nebraska.
And one more thing: has anybody ever tried to call this service center? or Has anyone been there? The more research I do the more it seems to me that this some kind of a ghost service: no phone number, no direct post address.

I suggest we all write a petition and letter for the work of this center. They should not do I-130 files as secondary if-there is time-petitions, but as primary because they have to do with the family unity. What is up with that, that some service centers are treating our applications as a documents that should stay there forever?! How come that most of the people are transferred into this center where there is the biggest backlog!

My priority date is 12/12/2013.... and I think my K3 has been adjucated (sp*) here as I have this notice within the case checker on the USCIS website:

"On January 24, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

and also:

"On January 24, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

What exactly does this mean? Everything is at the NSC. Thanks!

Our priority date for I-130 is December 17 2013.

After that we filed for K-3, and got the same message as you did.

This according to what I read on this forum, only means that they received the K-3 application and entered it in the system.

Nothing to be happy or sad for.
