AP with Mantis check and a Nolle Prosequi case, anyone?

I just renewed H1B visa, and in Administrative Processing now. I'm in a sensitive area of research. The trouble is, I got arrested once for domestic violence, but the case was nolle prosequi (not to prosecute). I submitted court disposition and police record as the consulate asked. Anyone here had the combination of these two factors (Mantis check + a nolle prosequi case) before? How much longer is the AP as compared to a normal Mantis check? Many thanks!
