Is my assumption correct that the NBC and MSC are one and the same ?

There are two NBCs. One in Lee's Summit, MO and another in Overland Park, KS. Both have the same, MSC, code.

Can they just stop transferring stuff and just work. Good grief it takes 20 mminutes to adjudicate a petition. Come on USCIS ya'll have taken this way too far. I am so sorry people.

It's funny why is it a I-130 at CSC for F2A takes less than 60 days?. Why aren't USC's getting priority? Just saying

I am pretty sure they meant Lee Summit and this ties right into what Laurel had said about them transferring petitions to various service centers. According to Laurel, all petitions filed up until the end of July will be transferred and rest (Aug 1 onward) to be processed at NBC.

  • Laurel Scott They said NBC stopped sending cases to the local offices at the end of July, which is consistent with what we were told would happen when I went to the NBC meeting in May.

    Laurel Scott They also said NBC is sending I-130s to the Service Center, but I think the speaker was mistaken about that one. She represented the local USCIS offices in Florida, so I'm not sure she's 100% up to speed about what's going on at NBC. There is a new I-130 adjudication center at NBC and that's where I-130s were supposed to go when they stopped being sent to local offices.

thanks blueberry!!!! i am glad they are because the service centers appears to be working like oiled machines again since all the petitions were stock pilling at the local offices!!! ahhh great! now we have EVEN less idea when these things will get approved cause they will be coming from all over the place!!!! its like sending it through a distribution center to be sent to another distribution center...at this point the timeline wont be anywhere NEAR the ballpark... greatttttt....

good that they see they need to do something about the USC's though!

who all checked the workload at these facilities for the i130?? they are ALL VERY LOW... if not NON EXISTANT.... so hopefully as quick as these get in for the jan/feb/march peeps, they are processed immediately!!!! I will gladly wait 60 days for them to get through!!! no one should be kept apart this long for their significant other!!! sad.png what a shame !
