oh come on - you should call them now. they are open for 3 hours and 45 minutes more.

just got off the phone with NVC. I tried asking if we can get another schedule, she said they cant do anything about it as it was Manila Embassy who requested that they cant accommodate our interview as of the moment. For now, she said to wait for another email from NVC for a new sched of interview.

Did you really, truly, talk with a Supervisor, or no ?

----

ok - set up a ustraveldocs.com account and see if you can self-schedule.

Do that know.

Concurrently - call/email the IV Unit in Manila, ask for them to reschedule you. Do That whilst they are open wink.png

Then, to see if you were rescheduled - call the DoS Hotline Thursday, when they are open.

Hi! :)

We didnt bother (afraid to ask the supervisor) to ask to be transferred. How can I politely ask to talk to the supervisor?

Okay. I just registered at ustraveldocs.com account. I noticed you need to pay a visa fee of $165 for the green card. Do I really need to pay this on top of the $260 visa fee we already paid the NVC? What's does case ID mean? Is it the NVC case number?

Also, I created the account as the petitioner but can I register my beneficiaries at this website?

thanks in advance and all your help are greatly appreciated.

:)

I just realized that US Embassy in Manila already accepts DS-260 for immigrants. I just found out about this today and this got me thinking.

1. I did the DS-230 for both parents, will they ask us to redo the application?

2. Is this the reason why they canceled our appointment date that was supposed to be Oct 3?

Help!

Might be.. I filed DS-230 for my daughter last 2005 and my grandson is to follow... now its time to get my grandson what is in my petition is DS-230 . Their interview with my 4 year old grandson was last September 5, 2013. CO reschedule their interview because CO found it out that in my file it is DS-230. My daughter print another form which is DS-260 after that she get another schedule which is September 12 , 2013. Then Everything goes ok.. grandson visa was approved and they are schedule to flew back in US this 24th of this month..

Hope it helps you..

Good Luck..

ID that is the I.D. Invoice Number from NVC . its a bill invoice for your visa.... if NVC will let you pay the visa or affidavit of support they will give you that Invoice I.D. number..

Hi. I already got a schedule for interview for both my parents. I'll call DoS on Monday to check if it's already in the system. I have a few questions:

1. Can they use the appointment letter they originally sent and bring it to the interview? Or will they send me another appointment letter?

2. Can they use the same appointment letter for the Medical Exam?

This is my first time to hear about the scheduling online so everything is not clear to me and I'm just learning this site.

Thanks a lot!

go back to that online portal where you self-scheduled.

Why? DS-260 usage is universal now.

Does that mean that we automatically use electronic processing after filling out form DS-261 and DS-260?

Should I E-mail the IV package or mail it?

Thanks.
