I actually think almost all Jan filers are done, and most of Feb filers are. There's no way it'll take another 9 months just to do March filers.

I hope you are right. Even though there are about 50+ feb filers still pending on VJ, I just hope most of them have forgot to update their timeline.

SUCH #######...

Three things we all know and are tired of hearing from the Tier 2 and congressional offices

1. There is a backlog at the USCIS ( uhhh, really?)

2. The normal processing time is 9-12 months... ( that's funny, that isn't what I was told when I filed back in April)

3. Processing times are 6 months from the date of this notice. ( Feb, March, April May and beyond? REALLY?????)

Feel free to add to the list ! ! !

I hope the approvals start coming...

"Lol" ??? You think this is funny? Seriously?

Also, and you might find this interesting... May, June, July, August and September petitions were routed to Overland Park, KS. A new NBC facility.

We might all get approved by Christmas.

Btw, not appliers. Petitioners.

Let's hope. Well said.

we haven't received any response from the senator just yet, we already faxed the consent but we are still waiting for his answer. Most phone representative are rude too and aren't helpful at all.

I sent out a letter to our congressman and they sent me a print screen of the USCIS case status page, I was so frustrated I wanted to cry! I thought my stepdaughters would be here by now. Not sure what else to do. USCIS customer service is awful. They have no idea what the heck they're doing.

Hello fellow March filers and co-sufferers... Last time I spoke to a tier 2 officer, she suggested I file an e-request. She said those go directly to USCIS and that I will have a chance to directly communicate with them (according to her, the call center people are not USCIS). In trying to file this e-request, I am presented with 2 choices, neither of which apply:

-Typographical error on a notice you received
-Non-Delivery of ASC Appointment Notice
Those of you who have filed a request, which did you pick? Were you presented with different choices?
Good luck and Godspeed to all.

The criteria are quite stringent. They aren't very responsive either. I called them and requested one back in June and they promised to send me information about it within 15 days. This stretched to a month and a half (their excuse was they're very busy... doing what, I ask?) without me receiving anything. At that point my emergency no longer applied, so I made another request, for a different reason. This time I did get something in the mail within one week but they asked me to fax them the reasons, something that was impractical for me to do (it involved translating a 40 page document from Japanese... imagine faxing 80 pages of original plus translation). I've finally given up and am waiting in my place in line with the rest of the folks here.

Hello XXXXXXX,

We have received the response below from the USCIS National Benefits Center regarding the I-130, Petition for an Alien Relative, filed on behalf of XXXXXXXXXX.

The NBC no longer has jurisdiction over this case. You will need to contact the field office for further assistance.”

We have contacted the USCIS Omaha Field office for a response. We will be back in touch with you as soon as we receive a reply.

I hope something happens this week. I am sure these political represenatatives were not able to do anything with my case but I was in line.

So, I would suggest calling USCIS and asking if the file has been transferred. Maybe, we March filer's petitions are getting sent to local office in batches hence your's maybe in that batch.
