Wow, just wow. Does anyone know why we married our spouses? What is the point? If they can treat people who aren't even married and are going to be in the same marital union as us, why can't we get the same treatment!!?? Either way it's the same goal. Right???

It's all so defalting. Ugh.

wow.gif I know exactly why I married my spouse, and it has nothing to do with immigration benefits!

It's unfair, frustrating, depressing beyond belief that married petitioners are treated so unequally. But not even all this mess can make me wish I hadn't gotten married.

The side-by-side comparison is pretty powerful. I think most people would agree, especially if it were relabeled as "spousal visa" vs. "fiancee visa". Anyone here want to put together a nice looking, powerful infographic? Surely we have a graphic artist in our community who would lend a hand...

The infographic could compare the wait times for I-130 vs. I-129F, and also throw in the useless K-3 for good measure. If we cannot get a real graphic artist on it, I'll do it.

What are you saying? That I married my wife because of immigration??? What the heck kind of misinterpretation is that?? It was COMPLETE sarcasm. Do you really think I was being serious??? I didn't marry my wife for immigration benefits. Give me a break! I married her because I love her and want to spend the rest of my life with her. Come on now....

What I meant to say was, why did I marry her outside of the United States if she's not even going to be afforded the same speed and efficiency as a fiance visa beneficiary???? Understand???

Well, according to processing volumes and trends, a little more than a year ago they had the resources to process 35,000 petitions per month! Not bad, but what are those resources are up to and where are they now? Now they only handle a couple thousand per month these days. Will the right resources be put on our cases?

As for Texas and Nebraska, they are completely unproven in handling I-130s. Who knows how this could turn out...

Is it very easy to understand guys . Is just simple Maths

I will demonstrate that to you and you will me why the fiancé visa is faster than spouse

Fiancé = I -129 ($340) + Nvc ($320) + I-485($1070) vs spouse = I -130 ($420) + NVC(320)

If your are trying to make money . And you money to run your business.

What would you. You rather make the processing for for fiancé faster to make more money or spouse

?

What meant by that it just business . They don't care about how long we are separate from your spouses. They just wanna make money . We all forget that that's all America is about . " make money

So fiancé = $1730 or spouse $740 . If u wanna make money where would like people filing to make money?

Now you got the answer guys

The 129f (k3) can also be filed by MARRIED couples. Why does everyone keep referring to it as a fiance visa ONLY!! It should be filed when you receive the 797 after filing the 130. (NOA 1) . And yes it may cost more in the end, but for me it will be well worth the extra. But of course it may end up gathering dust in Lees Summit just like our 130 is in Overland Park!!! Who knows!!
