Received my NVC case number, BII, and IIN numbers today. What do I need to do next? Send email to OPT IN? I checked the invoice website but it tells me that my invoice number or case number is not correct. Called NVC twice to make sure that numbers are correct.

What country is the beneficiary from? Is EP even available for your case?

NOT available for Pakistan.

email your ds3032 NOW even if your case does not show online yet... your case takes a day or three to finally show online. ds-3032 takes 1-3 weeks to get accepted.. once accepted you can access the IV templates... the AOS templates will be available once you go live in the system.

Incorrect, use of online forms and EP are not the same thing. Cases going through Lagos now require use of online forms; however, accompanying documentation will still need to be sent to the NVC by mail.

Noted. man got a whole bunch of people excited for nothing. man back to expensive mail sending that may or may not get here.

Hey they only have to mail in the documents, at least the forms are online! DS-261 instead of DS-3032 and DS-260 instead of DS-230. I-864 isn't an online form however but that should be 1/2 decently easy if the USC is in the USA.

That's what the problem is NLR the documents. here we have the country with the highest fraud due to them getting false documents and others documents using as their own. And having us mail in their corrupted system that may or may not get delivered.

I am not the only one who had mailing issues hundreds of us had to mail and re-mail and some to no avail. Oh well se le vie.

Well considering the high rate of fraud, I can guess why they wouldn't want email with pictures of documents. It's actually pretty easy to photoshop anything! But the mailing issue really should be fixed, but that's so hard to do in a country like Nigeria.

Hello all,

Today I signed into CEAC website to check whether NVC generated AOS bill or not, surprisingly I got the message "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, pleasecontact the NVC immediately."

I immediately Called NVC and the operator told me that they are on the process of generating AOS bill for the case, so I am getting this message. I really dont trust these customer service people, is it right? or they terminated my case for different reason?

Please let us know if you guys know whats going on with our case.

That is correct. It is the error you will receive right before they generate the AOS or IV bills.
