I was approved July 26th, and my case has still not been forwarded to NVC. I'm a TSC transfer.
Also it's USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services), CSC (California Service Center), VSC (Vermont Service Center), TSC (Texas Service Center), NVC (National Visa Center).
The incorrect use of the acronyms will likely confuse people, to help you better phrase your questions in the future.
As of right now the NVC is informing people that the transfers can take 4-8 weeks from the Service Center to NVC. You're not the only one waiting and frustrated, trust me.
