Thank you brother Sanimo,

i called them several times they said that they r gonna call me as soon as possible. The congressman sent them an e mail but unfortunately without any result.

It's sad that you had to wait for 60 days before you know what happened, that's according to the travelstate webstie, it says that wait at least 60 days before you inquire. When I was put on AP I waited after a week before I inquired. Even though I though that they only needed one missing doc I was also freaking out and worried that I might wait a long time. But I guess AP varies depends on the case, mine was because of one missing doc. I've read on doff website about AP, but mostly they say you are put on AP preferably because they had seen something wrong on the case, or you havent proved them that you have genuine relationship with each other. And sometimes it's for security checks, I pray this will be over for you soon. I know how hard it is to wait for something you don't even know how long, just pray hard and be a little more patient. I know I was impatient too, but I really did pray hard and it helps smile.png

thank you for your kind words. Well I don't know what's going on there. The lady did approve my husband's case; she said it was approved, but they just need some time for AP. I think its just security checks because Morocco is a Muslim country. I have been praying everyday all day. What I hate about this AP the most is that you wait and wait, and there is nothing for sure. They don't even give you a time frame. I mean our case was good. We are both from the same country and there really isn't that much of an age difference, so there weren't any red flags for our case. I just hope whatever they are doing will end soon. I can't handle the waiting anymore its torture.

Tell your wife to call the DOS they are more helpful than the casa consulate. They answer your calls and they answer all your questions.Just ask them for an update if they have any.
