Paid the AOS and IV fees together on Monday evening, AOS has been showing paid since morning, IV still shows as "in process". Is this normal? money has been withdrawn from my account for both.

AOS also reviewed today, and i will get a checklist due to wrong income figures. I noticed this and sent a new one to NVC about two weeks ago so by next week, they should review the new AOS.

Its completely normal. Once the funds are out of your account, you can send the packages to NVC. Mine took over a week for the status to change to "PAID."

I dont think it matters, its really up to u. I sent mine together to "attn:CMR." Both packages were reviewed today because they were together and the advantage is that if everything is fine, there may not be any false checklist. If you plan to do this its best to seperate the packages clearly (i.e. put them in seperate envelopes with the cover pages attached to each, before putting both in the same mailing package.

Going to Vancouver for my medical tomorrow. Do you need to fast? I don't see anywhere that says you should.

You shouldnt have to... At least I didnt and the medical procedures should be the same or similar around the world depending on personal situations.

I'm going to Louisville on the 2nd of August! YAY!

hello everyone, is it really taking about 20-25 business days just to receive a case number at nvc, or anyone got one any sooner? i want a case number sooner, lol. but is that just the normal processing time currently? thanks smile.png

mine took 116 days,they sent it to NRC instead to NVC..

Nope no reason to fast. The blood tests are for communicable diseases nothing else. :)

our timelines were very similar right up to march, but then yours slows down... why?

We had some stuff go on that slowed us down a little on putting things in (waiting for co-sponsor materials) then we got bogged at NVC on the IV docs of all things.

I had the green card and lived in the US for almost five years, then we had to leave. Bad decision. Now we are going back. Yes, headed for Kentucky. Lived in Lawrenceburg and then Berea. I miss it like crazy. My wife is the USC and a native Kentuckian. I have to find work there again - that will be our challenge.
