Payment of 165USD IV fee via USCIS - ELIS

It seems like the USCIS ELIS website is a joke. It's the only way you can pay the $165 fee and it's not working. I sent them an email complaining about the issues I was having regarding paying the fee and am yet to hear back.

Don't know what else can be done, but its not fair to put people through this worry just because there site isn't working correctly......

does the US petitioner not have a credit card or US bank you can use?

or is your issue not that anymore?

Yes my hubby has a U.S debit card, but the site is still playing up and can't pay the fee...I WANT to pay it, but can't due to them having a poor system......

I filled out a survey regarding the system basically telling them it's a poor system that doesn't work well and they should fix it because it's the only way people can do this part of the process.

There always seems to be a problem with USCIS ELIS and it's getting me down. It's taken so much time & patience to get approved and when you get to the final part of the process it can't be completed because the darn system they have set up to pay the final fee doesn't work.......

Something needs to be done about it because it's beyond a joke now.......

Can you attach a link to this survey? Because the more people that complete it and complain the more likely they are to do something about it......Thank you smile.png

Need the alien number and DOS number...

Alien number is the registration on the Visa

DOS number is the NVC number

The funds must be drawn from a US bank so the petitioner should be paying.

Dunno if this link will work for anyone but me..

Ok...so I managed to enter all the required details in to the USCIS ELIS website.....yippee do da!! But once again I am confused......

Does one have to register and pay the fee via the https://www.pay.gov/paygov/ website? Because I couldn't see an option to on the USCIS ELIS website......When I clicked next on the page which said the fee it took me to the log in page......wacko.png

I really thought I was internet savvy but obviously not Lol.............

Any help from you fine peeps would be much appreciated......

Finally paid it......obviously the site was playing up because when I logged in again and clicked next on the section where it showed the fee it went to the payment page.......

That website has serious issues, so for the sake of others I hope they sort it out soon......
