I noticed on the Manila Embassy website that they offer a program called the Visapoint online appointment system.
Does anyone have any experience with using this program? Can it help you to get an interview appointment for your fiancee more quickly?

This applies to appoinments for nonimmigrant visas. The K-1 is a nonimmigrant visa however it is processed by the immigrant visa unit at the embassy. The embassy will set your appointment for your K-1 visa.
