i have question for you about my case that in Missouri Service Center its almost 6 months but I never heard about my case. Can you give me some info . Why my case takes long time ? I was reading some forum that their case at California Service Center and its not takes long time. And they get approve. Im just wondering and confuse about my case. Im calling the USCIS and they said that I need to wait . but its takes long time now . Please send me some info . thanks..

How long do u think we will recive a 1st NOA,, we are married for almost 2 years and we already had a son..

hello,i just want to ask why it takes so long the uscis sent our papers to nvc after it was approve last september 12,2008...and it was more than 1 month now since it was approve the nvc never receive our papers....

can you please tell me more about our situation...maybe you have any idea or advice you can help us..thanks...

Well, I'm getting all of my documents together and once I get signed papers back from my fiancee in the Philippines I'll be sending my package in to the Nebraska Service Center since I live in Washington State. Yes I will begin a timeline when I do that. I noticed there is no timeline for the I-129F when I click the processing times. Just straight timelines for I-129. I'm sure it's probably similar to the other service centers but was just curious why no timelines are posted for I-129F in Nebraska Service Center. If you know, great. If not your humble opinion would be appreciated.

All I-129F petitions go through California or Vermont--they no longer go through either Nebraska or Texas (that's why there is no timeline posted for that service center). If you read through the I-129F application, it will tell you exactly where to send your petition. Good luck!

All I-129F petitions go through California or Vermont--they no longer go through either Nebraska or Texas (that's why there is no timeline posted for that service center). If you read through the I-129F application, it will tell you exactly where to send your petition. Good luck!

Uh-oh I must have a dated form. I shall check that out. I had a feeling something wasn't quite right when I saw many posts regarding California/Vermont processing times. I'll download the latest forms. Thank you so much for letting me know! Best wishes and good luck.

I was wondering how you go about actually figuring out the processing times for the Vermont Center. It says on there that it is processed by May 12, 2008?? I don't quite understand how I am supposed to calculate if the time given is in the past. Maybe I'm just being very overlooking. I received the NOA1 for my honey February 12, 2009, so I'm wondering when about I'll get the NOA2?
