Quicker I-130 Approval?

Now listen to me i know most of you people are going to think this is some joke or bull but im dead serious1

I got my I130 approved a little over a month..

I sent a I129F

So im guessing if yo send a I129F after your I130 they approve it faster.. Also som others that got approved within a month sent a I129F so if you put two and two together.. it makes sense

I figure the uscis gets the I130 then puts it in a cabinet.. then later you send a 129f they need to go to your i130 to check so they probobly pull it out of the cabinet. Then the uscis guys probobly like.. man since i already got his i129f in my hand and his i130 i might as well check on his case now cause i dont want to have to refile the papers in order back in the cabinet.. So since he alreayd has it in his hand he probobly works on it real fast.

I know it sound bogus but thats my thought

No, that's incorrect. The fact that your I-130 was approved after sending an I-129F is a coincidence. There are hundreds of other cases who have filed both and have been waiting for months and months. Please don't spread false information.

Im not spreading false information.. Im just telling it how it is. Thats my thought..

SO far me and Gomon and some other people sent a 129f witht here I130 and we got approved less then 3 months... (mine in a monthe and a half)

There are also many people who have done nothing and still got approved in less than three months, and others who have done the same thing as you and are STILL waiting for months. There is no rhyme or rhythm to this process. Telling people that filing a I-129f will ensure them a faster approval IS spreading false information. Don't do it, please.

i suggest what worked for you is an anomoly, hijaaked into the processing done at and past MSC.

Dear you just got blessed is all. Many people have been under the 60 days out of MSC and NBC. Gowon 42 days. I have a friend 45 days . MSC and NBC have been clicking out the I-130.

You really are sending out false info. Back it up with proof. You are one person and one person doesn't equate to "Oh my do this."

Foe every fast approval of a I-129F/I-130 combo I can give you countless stories of people held up rerouted for over a year because they thought the K3 was faster. So don't do that. Just be happy for you. Sure you can say well I did this maybe its worth a try but the screaming from the roof tops please.

Cuz as sure as all a sudden I-130's and I-129F get filed together the service centers will stop being so Fast as you say. There is no magic bullet. No fast path. It takes time.

Take a look at my timeline... a bit of a record-setting one compared to most over the past 10 months or so. I didn't file abroad, I didn't request an expedite. We got lucky with a well-prepared file landing on the right desk at the right time.

Count yourself lucky and be prepared for the next steps.

It's false hope. Suggesting people spend more money in an already expensive process is ludicrous, it will not get a quicker approval. Your case was a coincidence, end of story.

I agree. after i sent in my I-130 and got my NOA1 i sent in the 129-F and then got its NOA. My I130 was approved after 8 months and then the 129F got approved a few weeks after but wasnt available to use since the I130 was approved first.

But weirdest thing happen, when we got the NOIR, another letter was sent saying the k3 visa i applied for was sent back to USCIS from the consulate because it was never issued. now that was almost 2 yrs after they sent me a letter in 2011 saying it was not available since the i130 got approved...lol...go figure...lol

the truth be told, i dont see how any petition gets approved before 5 months since they have to do background checks and all.

we are all trying to be patient but there is no fast way at all.

Your request for expeditious processing was approved on February 15, 2013.  U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) records show that you filed a Petition for Alien Fiancé (e) (Form I-129F) under the K3 visa classification and the Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130).  Please note that when a Form I-129F and Form I-130 petitions are concurrently filed, USCIS will adjudicate the petitions together.  

Our I130 waited for the timeline of I-129F, made it longer time to wait.
