Don't be so uncertain. I case completed Feb 24 and have an interview April 2nd... That is really fast! The other February case complete also got hers at the beginning of April. Now is a great time to get an Egypt interview apparently

I hope soo .. esp that my kids are missing their dad badly :) so i wish things move fast

We are praying for a June interview but for some reason the Embassy in Turkey is very slow. :crying: So I think a June interview is out of reach. But God willing we will at least get a July one.


USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)

Yes, that is what is giving me hope RFQ, your case lol :) All I want is him to be there with me by June! I am trying to be positive about it :) Let's see how fast NVC revises our papers!

Can't believe it may be my last month!

It looks like it was never going to end and then, all of a sudden, here we are and interview is this week!!! :blink:

CR-1 Spouse Visa, Filled abroad (I am the Beneficiary / Applicant)

2012 USCIS (MSC)

October 15: I-130 NOA1

December 15: NOA2

2013 NVC (BRS) Case number received 5 weeks after NOA2 - DS-3032
February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

August 17: approved

So FYI: on the DS-260 is it only asking me for MONTH/YEAR for the dates I have lived since age 16!!!
