I really have no idea timeline for NBC.. Is any body here there service center is NBC how many months to get the NOA2 ?

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

I don't know if anyone is still interested in following this line of approvals for mid-December filers, but here is the update for the last couple of weeks.

They are still at a steady pace averaging about 300 approvals per week.

55% of these petitions have been approved in 140 days or less.

Unfortunately, it seems they are slowing down the speed again.

In the last (almost) 4 weeks, they have approved total of 340 mid-December cases, making 67% of those cases approved in 187 days or less.

I really hope all December filers will be in the US by Christmas (of this year!).
