So my wife is right about 1 month away from her interview at the Nairobi Embassy. We just set up her DHL location on the CSC website, but my question is.. Do we owe a MRV fee?

As we went threw the selections, their was never a option to pay for a MRV, our appointment was scheduled threw NVC, have we paid this fee already threw the NVC applications?

If we still owe it, how do we pay it?

We didn't do a CR-1, we did a K-1 and the process is completely different. Click on the "Guides" link on the top right of VJ page and look through the CR-1 guides...it should be there.

Hey, I looked at the guides for, Cr-1, K-1(i knew it was probably irrelevant), NVC flowchart, Q nd A with a USCIS Adj, and I-130 faq, none of these said anything relevant to my question. Though assuming the process for K-1is in some ways similar as the I-130 process and you had to pay a MRV fee still after paying NVC fees i can guess that we will also have to pay the MRV. The question still remains since the option was not given in the CSC website threw the selections, how do we pay it? My wife has heard that you can pay it on the day of the interview at the embassy, can anyone confirm this?

Not sure what an MRV fee is, unless it relates to the fee for receiving the passport/visa back. But all filing fees for CR-1/IR-1 should have been paid at NVC stage (I-864 and DS-230).
