Been trying to find this online without any luck. Hoping someone can answer my question here.

I am the Canadian fiancee and am wondering if I need my past tax returns for the interview or at any point in this process? If so, how far back?

Thanks for your help

They only care about the USC's tax returns as it is the USC that must fill out the I-134 and I-864 where income levels are important and the USCIS uses the tax returns as one form of proof of that income.

Good luck,

Dave
