Hi everyone! Could I ask one of our knowledgeable esteemed members how to fill in the CBP Form 6059B at my port of entry (Chicago)? The questions I am unsure of are

7) Country of residence? Does that mean I put the UK where I am travelling from or the USA as I am emigrating there?

also

11b) I am shipping my two little dogs with Golden Arrow Shippers on a different flight. I understand they will be filling out all the required paperwork but do I say 'yes' that I am shipping animals?

finally

15) Do I have to do a rough calculation of my belongings or does it just mean if I am bringing presents for people (which I am not).

Any help will be greatly appreciated, as always!

Your are a resident of the United Kingdom. As a CR1 visa holder you will have residence in the US once you enter and get that I-551 stamp in your passport and then in a few weeks a greencard. But for the purpose of this form I wouldn't put US on this visa/immigration entry. Each time after, then resident of US.

Dogs and #11-- No. They aren't with you.

Belongings--just write "household goods", no value, no list. That's what Houston told us to do. If bringing gifts or if you bought something at the duty free shop then list and value in US dollars. As an immigrant you can bring any amount of household goods free. That includes clothing, jewelry, cameras, etc....your personal belongings are "household goods".
