yap but in kenya you pay the fees before you schedule the interview, you pay by mobile money not at the embassy.

You pay by M-Mpesa,actually i asked someone about how she managed to do the payment before going to Nairobi and she directed me to a certain place in Kampala,You have to buy a safari com line, have it activated. The M-Mpesa guy will show you how to do it,you can pay the guy in Ugandan shillings then he'll convert the money to Kenyan shillings and make the transaction for you.Just go with the equivalence of $240 in Ugandan shillings.

You have 2 options to enable you pay the MRV K1 visa fee of $240
1- pay cash in Ksh at any postbank branch / you can actually change the currency to ksh at the counter !! so don't worry ya
self about the forex rates used by the consulate .
2- Go to any Mpesa (Safaricom) point with the visa fee in Kshs and the guide from the link below ( which i suggest you need to print out), follow directions and you should be through in less than 10 minutes !
