Did you check online at your State Senator's website? Mine had a "help with immigration" section and a form letter all ready to go on hers. Looking at your timeline you aren't really outside the average waiting time for your processing center so the Senator's office may make you wait a bit.

Looking at your timeline you aren't really outside the average waiting time for your processing center so the Senator's office may make you wait a bit.
Also you will need the waiver form filled out form their site. I agree with the time line issue, also. You just cant rush this stuff sometimes.
