I know I am late to this thread, but I just wanted to chime in. I had 2 convictions long ago that didn't fall under what the form was asking for. I checked 'NO', and I didn't receive any RFE. Just take it literally. Those specific crimes listed are there for a specific reason. Anything on the record will show and be passed along to DOS even if it doesn't fall under IMBRA so make sure the beneficiary knows about it.
