OK so my fiance work as a rigger for the UNION ,dosent have only one employer ,he work where his called for different people .
For affidavit of support they ask a letter from the employer, adress of employer, sallary sheets witch show how much he make every month....but he can't give me all this.
I have from him from IRS(tax return transcript for the last 3 years)and from SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION plus some paychecks and ofcourse I-134 form.
My question is:it will be enough what i have for affidavit of support?

Statement(s)of your employer on business stationery showing:
[*]Date and nature of employment
[*]Salary paid and
[*]Whether the position is temporary or permanent

I'm assuming this instruction says if you have multiple employers to get letter of employment for each one of them. I could be wrong, sorry. Just wait for the experts to response.

Good luck!

If he can get a letter from his union stating at least his position(job title), how long he has worked for them and his salary, then use that. If he cannot get an employer letter, then just go with the tax transcripts and most recent pay stubs. The letter is not mandatory, and pay stubs are better proof anyway.

There have been other VJ members who are union tradesmen and have been approved. Tax returns showing income history, recent paystubs, and a letter from the union ought to be enough.
