I live in an apartment with my mother (we pay half/half) and I would like to know if she would be considered as part of my household in regards to the affidavit of support. I am engaged to a man that i have been with for three years and i want to go through the process for marriage. Thanks for any and all answers/help.

She is only counted in your household size if you claimed her on your taxes.Hello everyone,
