I just received checklist email from NVC stating to send IV application part one, I have already sent both packages AOS and IV, I called this morning and the operator confirmed that my AOS has been reviewed and accepted and that there is no problem. IV package was sent in 9/28/12 and to my knowledge as of 10/5/12 @11AM when I called to inquire the IV package was not review yet so why this checklist. is this a false checklist? the checklist is not talking specific apart from to send IV package part 1. please help.

and by the way it also contain barcoded cover sheet with address ATTN (DR) which is different from the payment portal cover sheet address ATTN (CMR), what is going on here

Thanks again everyone

i also received a similar email this morning at 1:40am from NVC with a coversheet and letter saying that NVC is still waiting for my IV fee to be paid. whereas on-line status for AOS & IV fees shows as PAID.

i am also confused...?

kindly provide some input.

Thanks in advance

Yes, that's a false checklist. It happens often when one package is reviewed (in your case, your AOS). Just ignore the checklist. They'll get to your IV package very soon.

They most likely reviewed and accepted your AOS package. Call up Monday asap to confirm.

We got the same email. Hopefully its a false checklist. So I am assuming this also means they aceppted our AOS?

If you got a checklist requesting the IV package, then yes, it's a really good indication they accepted your AOS package. Call up NVC asap! They're still open for another hour and a half!

Looking at all the posts, I believe the check list I got today is false too. My lawyer sent both AOS and IV packages together and its has been only 20 days since we sent everything :). Really comforting posts though
