At that time we were still living with my parents. so we did not have a lease or mortgage, So we have that now.. Its been so long since i have asked questions on here, please help us understand why we received our first RFE now??
When u send in more information do they want all of the original information or just more to add to the pile we sent back in Jan 2012 ?

Applied for Social Security Number: December 30th 2009....will receive in bout 2 weeks
January 5, 2010 Received social security card
March 8, 2010 applied for AOS!
March 12, 2010 AOS packet received in Chicago!
March 20, 2010 AOS packet sent back to us with rejection notices on I-485, I-131 and I-765..forgot to sign the I-485
March 22, 2010 AOS packet mailed again to Chicago...Hopefully the next thing we get is a NOA1
March 23, 2010 AOS packet Received in CHICAGO AGAIN !
March 31, 2010 NOA1 Sent
April 3, 2010 Received NOA1 all 3
April 7, 2010 Received Biometrics appointment
April 29, 2010 BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT
Wedding Reception Date set.. with vow exchange and a party

HI Everyone My husband and i applied for our Petition to remove the conditions on Resdidence.. We have had a easier then some case..The only interview which we had one the one at the Delhi Embassy. We had our bio metic for removal of conditions of residence in May 2012..well yesterday we got a RFE our first ever..We sent in our package 2 letter of support from friends, tax returns for two years, car insurance forms, health insurance forms..

what did the RFE request, specifically?
HI, It really did not ask for any thing specific...just gave an overview of else we could send..the high lighted areas..In order as they appear of the paper--Titled Request for Evidence please submit the following evidence using the attached form I-797
1) Identity document:
2)Evidence of good fait marrige
>Birth certificate
> Financial records
> Residence

What visa/status are you adjusting status from?
WE are adjusting from the 1 year green card we started off at a K-1 visa back in 2009
Applied for Social Security Number: December 30th 2009....will receive in bout 2 weeks
January 5, 2010 Received social security card

According to your Timeline you are not Adjusting Status. You are removing conditions, so I moved your post to the appropriate forum.
