Hey everyone,
I'm about to submit my I-751 packet, and was just wondering - should I include photos of me and my spouse from just the last 2 years (since I applied for residency), or since we met (6 years ago)? Does it matter? Do I need to put captions with them, saying e.g. "Us together in Venice, 2007", or just simply do a photo-dump or sorts? I'm going to put them all together in a word doc you see. How many photos roughly would everyone suggest is ideal?
Thanks!
Sam

Hi, Sam --
Technically, you don't need any photos. We included just one (the exhausted morning in the hospital after the birth of little Mini-Bone). The important enclosures are documents that show a merged financial and official personal life.
Thus, your best support will be bank statements (one per quarter since AOS), tax transcripts, copies of wills & medical powers of attorney, birth certificates of children since AOS, etc.
If you want to include a couple of photos, make it something that they haven't yet seen!
And include a brief caption.

I see what you're saying, thanks. On another note, you mentioned that you included tax transcripts - I'm submitting the actual tax returns, not transcripts; does this matter?
Thanks!
Sam

The best option is send transcripts and you can go to get the IRS official transcripts from IRS Local office in your city

OK, I think I'll try and go down today to get them then, thanks. Do you include your tax return transcripts or your tax account transcripts?
Thanks.

I ordered both and figured I'd decide based on that but I think it's return transcripts.
