Well I am still waiting on a decision on my I-130 after over 7 months waiting was able to get a service request then got RFE.. Been waiting 2 weeks for a status change but nothing yet. It does not even seem like it's been look at since they received it. Why another long wait after petition did not follow the normal processing time. I sent in everything they needed not sure why they wanted more evidence.

sometimes it takes a while for them to update the status of your RFE online. it should be updated within 3 weeks to a month. dont worry, as long as its sent properly, it will get there

Bonifide evidence which we already sent but had to send more... I sent digicel phone history with confirmation letters, Moneygram confirmation and the moneygram history, air fare email reciepts, few hotel reciepts.. did not have much cause I stay with him and his family when I there. more pic's.. and they ask for my passport copies again. I had went over a few more times so I sent that as well.
