2 photos to accompany the DS-230
Marriage certificate
Police Certificates
passport biographic page
birth certificate
Is this everything i need to send for EP? I read somewhere that i also need 2 photos for the medical? but I'm doing EP so do i need that considering just be a copy of the other 2 photos for ds-230?

Hello, just compelted and sent in EP petitioner packet and just want to be sure this is all I need for the beneficiary IV packet. Note: We are doing EP.

For Canadians, you don't do the DS-230. You're required to the do the online form DS-260. Besides that though your IV package is correct.
Whether doing EP or not you still need 2 passport photos for the medical. The panel physician does not get your package so they have no way of having your pictures. And remember you will need another 3 for the interview in Montreal.

I'm preparing the documents for the IV package to send in email. I was wondering would it be ok on the coverletter I use my (Petitioner) signature?

Although the IV package is information about the beneficiary, I don't think NVC will have a problem if the cover letter is signed by the petitioner.
