Hello VJ members..I am here again.Please i am totally confused and don't know what to do anymore.My case is still in AP for 9 months and i still haven't heard anything from the US embassy.The tax transcript that they asked me to get is with me and they told me that,they will call me to submit them but it has been 9 months without hearing anything from them and even i email them,they keep on telling me that,its still undergoing AP.What really are they doing? I feel that,they are just sitting there without doing anything about my case and we are missing each others very much.Please i need anyone whose also in the same situation like me to kindly advice me about what to do.Thanks and will be waiting to hear from u guys soon.

There is nothing you can do but wait it out. We were in AP for 17 months, I opted for a senatorial inquiry and then my case was returned
to USCIS with recommendation for review.
You can call DOS weekly to get a status update to keep up with any change.
It is very hard, hang in there.
You may want to consider visiting again and then submitting the tax transcript and more relationship documentation in person.
I visited while in AP and had a short(though weird) conversation with the CO but I wanted her to see me in person.

are you the benificiary or the petitioner? am wondering why its taking them so long to contact you after you got what they are seeking for,i think something might be wrong somewhere,any redflags from you or the petitioner and did your first interview go well?

Yes my first interview went well and i was given form 221g with indication that,I have to provide tax transcript for 2009 and 2010.They said they will call me on any of tuesday,wednesday or thursday to come with the tax transcript and the they ticked "awaiting result of administrative processing" and this has been over 9 months now.Yes i am the beneficiary.What redflag will that be? I want to know because i havent done anything wrong to anybody in my life and the same apply to my fiance.She dont hide anything from me.

There doesn't necessarily have to be a red flag to be in AP. They could be cross checking data, verify your documents, do background checks etc.
