Today after 250 Days for a I-129F application including the 60 days waiting period for RFE I called and filed a service request, the person on the phone was very nice, she took all my information and told me she would file the request. I wonder what happens next.

within 5days they will send you an email requesting for evidence OR will send you email if your approved or not..goodluck 
The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!
