When shall I email my DS-3032?
Thanks.
After you receive the case number and IIN, call NVC and get the beneficiary's email address registered as primary applicant and petitioner's email address as petitioner. After that you can send the DS-3032 from the beneficiary's registered email address. They will take 7-10 days to accept it.

So now I can send them right?
Yes, you can send it ASAP and dont forget to send it from beneficiary's email address.
After that you can use the below link and wait for the AOS bill to be invoiced which would take few days.
