K1's aren't usually at NVC for too long unless NVC sends the petition back to USCIS because something is missing in the petition, or inital background check - please read this; http://www.visajourn...ocessing_at_NVC
There is also a 102 pages long topic about it, search for "STUCK @ NVC for AP" if you want to read other members' experience.

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

When is the interview of your fiancee? We had the same problem.. My fiance got our manila case number July 9 (US date) Then after few days (can't barely remember) he called the NVC again.. He was told that our petition is under "AP" We have waited for almost a month from NVC to be forwarded in manila US embassy.. Luckily I got an email from embassy saying "We received the electronic file from the State Department's National Visa Center (NVC) today, August 2, 2012, and should receive the U.S. Immigration Service-approved visa petition (Form I-129F) shortly." After few days my fiance received NVC letter through his mail box saying, our petition was been forwarded to USEM.. So just in time before my interview.. Thanks god..
If I were you, try to email NVC and USEM.. Include prayer as well..
Good luck!!
We scheduled for the first week of October. We're hoping to keep that schedule, but ready to postpone if needed
Good luck to you also & thanks for your reply.
