I wanted to thank everyone who gave advice to my many questions over the months. Today we had our interview and my son was approved. Our situation was a little unique in that my stepson's immigration was ahead of my spouses and he arrived in the US on a B-2. The AOS interview was very quick and immigration officer was very nice. Thanks again to everyone who responded!
