Misspelled name on EAD

My husband's EAD came today and his middle name is spelled wrong. They transposed two letters. So, on the front it's fine because that only contains a middle initial, but on the back where it's spelled out, it's wrong.

So my question is, do we care? He should be getting his GC pretty soon. Finger's crossed that will be correct. Or does a misspelled name on the EAD mean his GC will be misspelled too?

Since the front is fine I personally would wait and see what the green card said. If that's wrong then definitely file for a correction, if not then toss the EAD and continue with life.

They are done via two different processes so there being an error with one does not necessarily mean there will be an error on the other.

Good. I've been searching the forum for anyone else who had the same problem and it sounds like getting a corrected GC is a pain in the **** and takes a long time.

I double checked all the NOA's they've sent and they were all correct.

The GC is already in production, so you'll have to wait and see what it says!
