After my fiancee arrived, it then left me after a few weeks. Still in country as far as I know. What couse of action should I take to prevent a fraud charge against me?

Did you marry ? File for AOS ? If the answer is no , call ICE and report that she left. Change your locks if she had a key, kill the cell phone if you gave her one and don't meet her anywhere on your own or you could get set up for vawa. Also kill any credit she has access to.

No, we have not married. She has access to nothing. Was not here long enough.... no key to the house. 3 days, then split.
what happened? You don't need to worry. Be careful if she wants to come back to you. She might try to get a green card by VAWA. Ok just be careful

Nothing happened other than she came...she went. Still in country as far as I know...but I don't know for sure. Will not respond to any attempts at contact...just ridicules me with hateful rhetoric. Total 180 after after entry into the US. I'm aware of the legal situation regarding her. Just don't need the USCIS coming after me for any reason. My intent was true...her's was not.

If you are still in contact with her just let her know she is facing deportation, in case she is still in the US. There is nothing else you can do; and she is in the country illegally.

From what you are saying USCIS doesn't have any issue with you.
FWIW: Don't have any face to face contact or exchange in any "tit for tat" on the phone or email/text. Do not give her an avenue to claim any sort of "abuse."
Crappy situation. Regroup and move on.

She can't use VAWA!!! They didn't get married. There are no legal ties to her fiancé (ex-fiancé)

As everyone said ignore her. If she calls you hang up. If she emails you that you have something for her and she wants to collect it tell her stuff is at X police station. If her mother is sick that's her problem. If her father broke his hip, her problem. If she's hungry tell her go graze on some grass and end the conversation. If she finds out that she can't adjust status from anyone but you she'll start lying through her teeth again bout her love for you blah blah blip. Move on with you life. The best thing your ex fiance could do is leave you high and dry as soon as she did. Others guys weren't so lucky.Nothing happened other than she came...she went. Oh and don't meet her anywhere, if she keeps running into you 'accidentally' report it. She may claim you're stalking her, grabbed her arm and bruised her X time(s). Some foreign woman have this stuff down to a science.
May not be VAWA but she could start problems because her ex fiance doesn't want anything to do with her.She can't use VAWA!!! They didn't get married. There are no legal ties to her fiancé (ex-fiancé)

This is not your fault. You did nothing wrong. Like others said, forget her and move on. And don't let her sweet talk you into giving her another chance. It's possible that she planned to marry somebody else but doesn't know that she can't get a greencard marrying somebody else. And like another member said, she may try to beg to take her back. DON'T DO IT!!! Once she gets her greencard, you can bet she'll leave again.
Look at it this way... At least you didn't marry the bittch!
