Just beginning the journey need all the help I get. I have now idea what I am doing. I never realized the was so much involved in bringing your love ones here. Any help would be appreciated. WHERE TO START!!!!!!


Start with the guides at the top. Read through them many times. When you understand the process, read through the example forms. Print them out, practice filling them out yourself.

Figure out what type of visa you're looking for. Who are you bringing into the US and why?

Any questions, ask. Be more specific than "help me" though.

Before you start anything....ask yourself 1 question first.

Have you met, in person, your loved one in the past 2 years....if "yes", then continue.

hi... this andy lambert is a friend of mine so i suggested him to be a member here...coz he keep on asking me on which papers or documents should he fill-up for his girlfriend.he's planning to visit her either November this year or January next year.he is planning to marry her there in the Philippines which is going to be their first time meeting...what is he suppose to do?

Go get married, then file the I-130 petition to apply for CR-1 visa.
