Hello!

Just praying for Visa Bulletin to move faster. I would say July or August would be best.

I am not expecting or predicting higher cz it hurts when it doesnt really move as we wanted to.

Many ppl filed after September 2010.

Hopefully all the 2010s will be finished.

:)

PD 09/23/2010. May Waheguru Bless us all and shower His blessings to move PD as fast possible. :)

Hello Everyone!

My husband's police clearance certificate was done in April 2012.

Pd is 09/23/2010.

How long is it valid for? 6 months or more.

We have sent originial Birth Certificate, original Marriage certificate, affidavit from my inlaws and my parents that we are married.

Do you think they will ask for more documents?

PCC is valid for 1 year in india, We submitted all original documents on august 2011 and applied for new PCC from pass port office and local police station, you need both active PCC's at the time of interview. You will be current in december, i guess.

Spouse Priority Date: 10/15/2010

Case Completed: 08/30/2011

Interview Feb 06 2013

That means Waheguru's PCC is valid until April 2013.

Why would you need a local police station's PCC and also Passport office's PCC. All you need is the one from passport office only. Last time, my spouse got PCC from passport office (TN) on same day, without being asked any questions
