Hi everyone,
I am thinking to get affidvit from my parents and friends. For my K1 visa. Can someone help me explaining about this more?
Is this just a letter on a white paper where my parents and friends write individually and sign it?
Or
Is it a legal procedure, as I have to goto court and meet an advocate? Is it involved of any stamp papers?
Also please give me some sample affidavits please. It's going to be helpful. I know a lot of people here from India who have done this before.
Thanks in advance.
