How long does it take for NVC Inquiry to respond?

I sent my DS-3032 by e-mail the day that I received a case number (July 3rd). However, it wasn't until about a week later that my case was invoiced for the AOS. Having not heard any response from NVC Inquiry, I sent another e-mail with the same info on the 12th (when it was invoiced). How long does it typically take for the NVC to reply, or should I just mail it in to be safe?

Would you mail in a copy or wait?

Don't mail in a copy. Be patient. NVC receives thousands and thousands of emails per day. It's going to take some time to get to your one email.

Do they respond to all e-mails (even if they deny or won't use the electronic choice of agent)? Its okay if its taking some time for them to read it, but if they have just decided not to reply, that's when I would be upset because I would be waiting for nothing.

They'll reply. And even if they don't reply, if they accept it, they'll invoice the IV bill.
